Recital hall booking form

Please contact info@lowenpianohouse.com for more details or fill out the following inquiry form!

  • Fees: $400 within 3 hours, $100 for each additional hour, $100 cleaning fee if refreshments will be served in our recital hall. If the second piano is required, $150 moving and set up fee will be applied.

  • Please confirm the total number of guests expected at least 48 hours before the date of the event.

  • If a projection system or mic and sound system is required for the event, please notify us 7 days before the date of the event.

  • If refreshments will be served, please keep it off the stage and remind your guests to wash their hands before touching any pianos. Please remove the garbage or any recycling items after the event, otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

  • Please advise all guests to turn off their cell phones before the event starts.

  • If any other special assistance is required, please let us know at least 48 hours before the event.

  • Any loss or damage to this facility and/or its contents, as a direct or indirect consequence of rental will be charged to you.

  • Goods left in the hall beyond booking times will be kept in lost and found for one week.

  • LPH reserves all the rights to cancel any booking without payment, please call us for payment to secure your spot! (604)801-5397

  • We do not allow any kind of competitor logos, photos, or information to be presented during the event at our facilities. Please respect our company policy
